This large rectangular room (which can be partitioned off into smaller spaces) is decorated in soft tones, with putty-coloured walls and purple, brown and almond green upholstered chairs. The room features cutting edge technological equipment (including computer and telephone connections and video projection screen).

A more intimate, comfortable area where a VIP welcome can be extended to up to 6 people. Equipped with a sofa and two leather armchairs, the VIP Room provides an exclusive setting away from the rest of the conference group.

A calm area, ideal for quiet reflection or to take a break. Fitted out with thick carpet and low lighting, guests can sit comfortably around a large round table.

Situated on the ground floor, adjacent to the bar (42m²), the Fireplace Lounge is the ideal place to hold small business meetings, product presentations and Press events.

The Bel-Ami Cafe, reception room
(115m² - 1238 sq. ft.)
Situated on the ground floor, the breakfast room can also be privatised for special events every day from 12 noon onwards. Opening out on the rue Saint Benoit, the large windows let the daylight flood in giving a bright and airy feel. The decorative style, in keeping with the modern character of the rest of the hotel, uses neutral tones on the walls highlighted with panels of vivid colour, and darker parquet floor contrasting with the light wood chairs with their red seats. Putty coloured leather wall seats complete the effect.
The spacious room has a multitude of uses, either for business meetings, as a showroom or for cocktail parties, lunches and dinners.
